SOCIAL STUDIES:   Complete WS p40 & all research/rough draft writing should be done on the mission brochure project. If students have not finished this section, then they are behind. We will focus in class on entering our information and creating our brochure.

SCIENCE:   Project is due tomorrow. The layout of the tri fold board may be your choice as long as the parts are easy to find. There is no attached layout guide.

MUSIC:   Write a poem or song



READING:   Comprehension test on “Energy Makes Things Happen” Tues. 1/24

Yellow folders went home today. Please help your child “catch up” with any missing assignments.



SCIENCE:   WS 6.3 (include pg #’s) & science project is due Friday, 1/27. Please follow the guidelines that were attached. The tri-fold board should be the larger size available at “Michael’s”. However, the layout of the report can be up to your child. The only thing I ask is that each section be together. For example, your results and the graph/chart should be glued together.

COLOMA:   I would like to thank the parents who volunteered to chaperone our Coloma field trip. On Friday, Mr. Keltie randomly drew names and the two Moms going are Mrs. Ancheta, Mrs. Adams, and Mrs. Simoni as our alternate. The two Dads going are Mr. Govea, Mr. Rodarte, and Mr. Rebidue as our alternate. Again, thank you for your dedication to our children. If your name was not chosen, try again for 5th and 8th grade camp.

SOCIAL STUDIES:   We have been working diligently on our missions technology project. Some students have finished their research and rough drafts. If your child asks, please proof read and edit their work. Thank you :)
